My Komplementing Pax hack
Materials:
4 Pax wardrobe 50 cm
2 Komplement clothes rails 100 cm
1 pair of curtains Anita
2 Antonius frames + baskets
4 Pax shelves
Description:
This is not an advanced hack, we just needed a cheep storage solution for our clothes when we moved to our new apartment and this is how we solved it.
1) After building the wardrobes we put 2 and 2 together, mounted them with screws that came along to make them really tight together. This gave us a total width of 100 cm per unit, same as the Komplement clothes rail!
2) The Komplement Clothes rail holders where screwed in the top holes already in the wardrobes, with the end sticking outside the wardrobe. See photos.
3) We bought a pair of curtains with a min width of 100 cm, to make it easy on us we bought ones with a premade tunnel so we could just slide the curtains over the rails and just click them in the holders we screwed up.
And we were done! We were lucky to get most items on sale so the total cost for us on this hack was less then 1000 sek. Me and my boyfriend are extremely satisfied with my solution. And the day we can afford or want to change to doors there is been no harm done to the Pax wardrobes.
See more of the Komplement hack.
