Lovely Lack Bench
Materials: LACK shelf, CAPITA legs (4), IKEA STOKHOLM BLAD fabric, cellular material (for ex. VYSSNA SLAPPNA mattress), self-adhesive hook-and-loop tape, spray glue
Description: My LACK shelf was for a long time in our cellar, then I decided to give it a chance for a life in our apartment. :) I had a lot of leftovers from our move into a new apartment. I took 4 CAPITA legs and screw it to the long side of the LACK shelf. Afterwards I cut some cellular material (I had an old VYSSNA SLAPPNA mattress) into the right size to fit on the shelf as a cushion. Then I cut some leftover IKEA STOKHOLM BLAD fabric a bit larger than the cellular material so it could fit around. I displayed the fabric on the floor an put the cellular on it. Then I glued the fabric with the spray glue on the cellular. Afterwards I pasted the finished cushion with the self-adhesive hook-and-loop tape on the LACK shelf. Ready is your new bench!
